A camel toe is a front wedgie.

Pants that are tight in the crotch area on a female and the seam rides up between the lab1a thus making it look like a camels split toe.

I have this nightmare, in which they bend over to grab something off the bottom shelf and the hot pants rip in the 'wrong' place.

whats worse than "camel toe" is a really heavy woman in spandex pants...all those fat pouches lumped together is very scary..you wonder, "is it fat, or lumpy muscles, or giant cellulite?"
